From the 19th July 2021 Covid restrictions are being eased across England. However, Play Valley takes the safety of its staff and customers very seriously, therefore the following will still apply when visiting our Centres.
We recommend that all adults wear a mask when in the play frame.
We will continue to run in sessions at a reduced capacity. This allows us to clean in between each session. Please ensure every person in your group has a ticket to enable us to ensure our capacity limits aren’t breached. This includes babies, all accompanying adults and young people. Please note that young people between the ages of 13 and 17 can only visit when accompanied by both younger children (0-12) and adults over 18.
All sessions are two hours long and no overstay is permitted.
We will remain cashless. No cash is accepted at our sites.
Please check carefully the amount of tickets purchased, the date and the time as refunds cannot be given. We will where possible reschedule play sessions however we cannot guarantee this due to capacity limits.
